Symptom: I have paid for the Chinese Master v4.42, but when I enter my name and registration code in Chinese Master, an error message come up: 'Trial version, please pay for the full version'.

Why: The trial version does not accept the registration code (or serial number) even a dialog box is asking for it. You need to install the full version. A download link will be provided after the purchase to download the full version for NJStar.

Solution:  If you have not received such a link after purchase, please contact support @ njstar.com with your order details to get the download link.
